Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure I can continue offering quality care to all of our clients, I ask that you please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment total will be charged.

- No-show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Rescheduling:

- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge.

- Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to the cancellation fee as outlined above.

Late Arrivals:

- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and you will still be charged for the full appointment.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you have a special situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and I will do our best to accommodate you.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

- Visiting our online booking system via your emails you have received when you booked.
